In my photographic narrative, I question the notion of the moment by focusing on the auratic presence and the poetic character of places and ephemeral space. Unearthing the remnants of memory and space, mapping transience, passage, and transition as subjects themselves. The metamorphosis and botanical evolutions leave "drawn" traces on the wall by plants or trees moving in the wind. Absence suggests the presence of people in a garden in Havana, or that of a car whose contours have been "highlighted" by petals on the ground. The insect, cruelly pinned, has disappeared, leaving only the indelible image of its shape. Everything is inscribed in the transitional space. The traces of memory and the poetry of places interact with our perception of the present in a continuum. We are defined by our memories and their traces, but also by the memory of the place itself. The poetry of the ephemeral leaves its mark like a signature.
